About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join Concord as a full-time consultant, supporting our retail vertical on large-scale web and eCommerce (SFCC) initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Agile delivery and digital commerce, with a solid understanding of web application development lifecycles and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) environments. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to enable high-performing Agile practices, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of customer-facing digital solutions.
What You Will Be Doing- Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams delivering web and SFCC-based eCommerce solutions within a retail environment.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
- Partner with Product Owners to define priorities, groom backlogs, and maintain delivery focus.
- Remove impediments, manage risks, and promote transparency across all project stakeholders.
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, and QA to ensure deliverables meet both functional and technical standards.
- Track team performance metrics (velocity, burndown) and communicate progress to leadership and client stakeholders.
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery environments.
- Proven background supporting web application development and eCommerce projects (preferably in retail).
- Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or similar digital commerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them in hybrid or distributed teams.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I, or higher).
- Experience with composable commerce or digital transformation initiatives.
- Background in consulting or client-facing delivery roles.
