Salary Range: $83,000 - $128,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead the full lifecycle of manufacturing projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate cross?functional teams including engineering, production, and quality assurance.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and operational procedures.
- Communicate project status, progress, and performance to all relevant stakeholders.
- Proven experience managing complex projects within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile) and project management software.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross?functional teams and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied to manufacturing operations.
- Lean/Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Siemens Opcenter)
- Familiarity with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 principles
- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100)
- Basic understanding of CAD software for reviewing designs
