IES Commercial, Inc. DBA IES Electrical, is seeking an Electrical Construction Project Manager Data Center in Lithia Springs, Georgia.

Job Summary
  • Work with the Senior Project Manager to provide overall management of all phases of construction for one or more commercial electrical projects.
  • Develop new business opportunities related to a particular client, group of clients or geographical area.
  • Manage projects to exceed customer expectations, ensuring compliance with NEC, company safety policies and OSHA requirements.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within corporate policy boundaries.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and assist in labor negotiations, strategy discussions.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the companys interest while maintaining a good relationship with clients.
  • Perform takeoffs and price change orders and project related work.
  • Work is performed from the project site.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of electrical construction project management experience on projects $10M+ including mission critical, ground?up construction and remodeling.
  • Bachelors Degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
  • Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master) strongly preferred.
  • Proficient in communication skills and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficiency with Accubid, Blue Beam, Procore, CX Alloy, BIM360, MS Project, P6 and other industry standards.
  • Knowledge of vendors in the electrical construction industry.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Successfully pass pre?employment background check and MVR check.
