Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX. As an Assistant Project Manager, you will assist with day-to-day project management tasks, support expediting processes, manage logistics, conduct project inspections, and help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day project management tasks on assigned projects
  • Support expediting processes and track progress
  • Manage logistics and coordinate site activities
  • Conduct project inspections to ensure quality and compliance
  • Support projects to stay on schedule and within budget
Qualifications
  • Experience in Expediting and as an Expeditor
  • Strong project management skills
  • Inspection and quality control capabilities
  • Logistics management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in commercial construction projects is a plus
