BAYADA is seeking experienced RNs to deliver expert one-on-one care to high-acuity clients in their homes across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx. As a Take Home Lead Nurse, you'll be part of our elite response team - opening cases, filling urgent needs and guiding others with confidence and compassion. What You'll Earn:
- $50/hour
- Weekly pay
- Comprehensive benefits (PTO, 401k, medical/dental/vision)
What You'll Work:
- Full-time or part-time (minimum two consistent scheduled shifts/week)
- 12-hour day and night shifts available
- 2 weekend shifts/month required
What You Need:
- Active RN license in the state of New York
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- 1+ year of trach/vent experience (home care preferred)
- Willingness to work with both adult and pediatric clients
- Ability to travel to all 5 boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx

- Deliver high-acuity care to adult and pediatric clients
- Support new case openings and emergency coverage needs
- Precept and mentor new nurses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Educate and support families and caregivers
