Join the care team in Home Health where you’ll provide patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Typical responsibilities include direct patient care, timely documentation, and coordination with the care team. Specific duties will be confirmed during your interview with a recruiter.

  • Pay Range: $2,329 - $2,588
Minimum Requirements
  • Optional: Active license in Home Health
  • 1 year full-time RN, Home Health experience within the last 2 years
