Job DescriptionLead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution. Manage subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance. Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams. Monitor progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on track. Conduct regular site visits and lead project meetings. Support project closeout and ensure client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant5-10+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Proven success delivering ground-up builds in healthcare, education, or similar sectors. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred. Ability to work on-site in Richmond and travel regionally as needed.
