- Experience on construction sites as a Project Manager in AV/LV.
- Knowledge of the built environment and all three phases of implementation (Rough, Trim, Final).
- A steady work history (no more than 3 years between positions) and a pleasant disposition.
- High emotional intelligence.

- Primary point of contact for clients, in?house staff, other trades, GC, architect, rep.
- Understand, deliver, troubleshoot project scope as needed.
- Plan, schedule, and keep projects aligned to resources.
- Maintain profitability by keeping actual hours at/below budgeted hours and eliminating redundancies and errors.
- Issue work orders, coordinate with third parties.
- Ensure all work meets SOW, plans, company standards, and client expectations.
- Read, interpret, mark?up, and distribute plan sets/blueprints.
- Create, submit, approve, and execute change orders.
- Provide status updates in Project Management Software (DTools) continuously.
- Work on construction sites with situational awareness.
- $90k?$110k per year.
