Overview

Senior Project Manager role at Little Diversified Architectural Consulting, located in Newport Beach, CA. Little is a diverse, transdisciplinary design firm committed to elevating performance. We are seeking a positive, collaborative Senior Project Manager for our Community Studio.

Anticipated salary range: $120,000$155,000; based on experience level.

Responsibilities
  • Manage education projects from beginning to end, with primary client relationship duties. Work with Principal and Sr. Designers to achieve client goals.
  • Lead project management for an ongoing body of work.
  • Manage support staff and consultants to produce and execute extraordinary work.
  • Coordinate client interaction, proposals, budgets, schedules, team and consultant coordination, and quality control.
  • Engage in a variety of tasks including design, production, and construction administration responsibilities.
  • Travel as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university
  • 10+ years of professional design experience; 5+ years of project management experience
  • CA Architectural license preferred or on a registration track
  • Experience creating and developing overall design concepts and presentation strategies across multiple project typologies
  • Experience with California schools and higher education projects involving DSA
  • Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
  • Excellent computer skills (Revit, rendering programs such as SketchUp, and presentation tools like PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
