Prestigious Healthcare Facility in Watertown, NY is looking to hire RN Registered Nurse for Minimum Data Set (MDS) Manager Position. Secure this position today
Annual Salary $85,280.00 - $99,840.00 + Sign On Bonus
Shift Time 5:30 - 16:00
Start 12/1/2025
Minimum Experience Requirement:
- Previous experience within an LTC/Geriatric care required.
- Knowledge of Nursing and Medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to long-term care, including PPS. Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid and payer regulations.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures that are necessary for providing quality care and maintaining a sound operation. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of computer systems, system applications and other office equipment.
- Previous experience with quality assurance, documentation review, and appeals process.
- Current NYS licensure as an RN required.
- Recommended: Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC) certification
