Weekly Hours: 36.00
Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00
Department: Opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team supporting patients with medical and behavioral components, managing complex cases, and handling patient flow based on hospital needs.
Candidate Qualities: Compassionate, adaptable, flexible, excellent communication and time management skills, detail-oriented, patient, empathetic, with understanding of medical and behavioral health factors.
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000 for eligible candidates
Job Summary: The RN is responsible for providing individualized nursing care using the nursing process, collaborating with healthcare teams, and practicing within the scope of nursing standards. Responsibilities include patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions across all care phases.
Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program required; Bachelors degree preferred. Current RN license in the practice state or multistate license if in an NLC state. Maintain required competencies and certifications.
