Project Manager

Medline Industries, LP, and its subsidiaries, has an immediate opening for a Project Manager focusing on capital equipment. This position is remote for candidates living in Texas This person will lead capital and connected installation projects under general supervision. They will support division resources with specialized orders, logistic challenges, sales support, and financial growth of assigned products.

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the coordination and execution of specialized orders, deliveries, and installations requested from customers.
  • Developing goals and objectives, organizing, attaining, and managing resources, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
  • Collaborating with other product divisions, service departments, and Medline branches on large projects.
  • Presenting and reporting on project plans and cost benefit analyses to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Supporting the division and assisting the sales force with sales and logistics issues.
  • Working with the sales force to confidently promote products to customers.
  • Consulting with customers and sales reps on their logistical challenges.
  • Traveling as necessary to be a liaison between the sales representative, customer, corporate office, and installation team.
Minimum Job Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree.

Relevant Work Experience:

  • At least 2 years of project management, sales, or product management experience.

Additional:

  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel.
  • Position requires travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
  • Experience within operations, logistics, marketing, sales, product management, or clinical practice experience in the healthcare industry.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $67,080.00 - $97,240.00 Annual.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups, and the Employee Service Corp.
