Experience:
- 1+ years experience as a receptionist and Legal Admin/Assistant at a mid-size law firm, where you support multiple attorneys
- Proficient in Word, Excel, e-filing, and using multiline phone systems
- Strong written and verbal communication; team player but also be able to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines and superior client service skills
- Working Multiline phone system and being at the front of the office
- Supporting 2-3 litigation and/or probate Attorneys
- Frequent communication with clients
- Maintain confidential records
