About the Maintenance Technician Role:

The Experienced Maintenance Technician with HVAC Certification at Art Avenue Apartments, FL, plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our residential community.

Minimum Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a maintenance technician
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems relevant to residential properties.
  • Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units to ensure optimal performance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues within residential units and common areas.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, prioritizing tasks to minimize disruption to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory to support operational efficiency and compliance.
