Key Responsibilities of the Travel Nurse Provide high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room. Prepare patients, equipment, and surgical areas for procedures. Monitor patient status before, during, and after surgery. Administer medications and assist with anesthesia as appropriate. Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team. Educate patients and families on perioperative care and post-surgery instructions. Accurately document patient care, interventions, and surgical outcomes in compliance with hospital standards. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact license. Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred). Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Operating Room or perioperative nursing. Why Work in Concord, NC?
