Pay Rate: $16.50/hr
Reason for Opening: Replacement (covering maternity leave; not temp-to-perm; no extension)
We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Customer Support Representative to join a leading biotech organization. This role supports parents and families through their experience with the companys products and services. Candidates must thrive in a fast-paced environment, operate with high accuracy, and consistently meet key performance metrics.
Note: Manager is confirming if remote candidates are acceptable.
Responsibilities- Handle inbound and outbound calls and email communications.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals tied to KPIs and productivity metrics.
- Accurately contact and update existing customer and lead databases.
- Maintain the quality, integrity, and accuracy of client information.
- Master product information to support customers and medical professionals.
- Assist families throughout the birthing and service lifecycle.
- Resolve customer challenges and escalate when needed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Support new-hire training when requested.
- Follow standard operating procedures within a quality management system.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-functional initiatives.
- Contact center experience strongly preferred.
- Salesforce or similar CRM experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Proven ability to meet KPIs and follow outreach protocols.
- 2+ years of customer service, sales, or biotech-related experience preferred.
- High attention to detail and compliance accuracy.
