As a Project Supervisor, you partner with leadership to understand, evaluate, develop, and execute scopes of work. From soliciting and approving proposals from subcontractors to creating project schedules, your attention to detail ensures successful project execution. You manage, support, and assist crews by working together with management to overcome challenges. You step in as needed, including performing additional responsibilities. You maintain meticulous job activity paperwork and inventories, and provide accurate reports and documentation by keeping a daily log of conditions, activities, and communications.
While following and enforcing all Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures, you conduct daily job site safety meetings and ensure work meets industry and company standards. You monitor project budgets, profit margins, and schedules, address risks in advance, and maintain change orders. You respond 24/7 and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations. You and the crew provide a positive experience to clients during their time of need.

Responsibilities- Oversee overall project management and ensure the scope of work is met
- Solicit, review, and approve subcontractor proposals within budget
- Prepare and maintain project schedules for crews and subcontractors
- Manage jobsite documentation: daily logs, reports, inventories, timesheets, equipment records, and material tracking
- Monitor project budget, gross profit, and schedule; report risks proactively
- Manage change orders and scope adjustments
- Perform additional tasks as needed, including physical labor
- Maintain vehicles and equipment ready for response
- On-call position with 24/7 availability and variable hours
- Read Xactimate scopes and manage budgets
- Lead teams and oversee projects end-to-end
- Maintain 4+ industry certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license required
