  • Holiday Requirements: No work on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
  • Floating Requirements: None
Job Description:

The Hospital is seeking a Human Resource Specialist to join their team for a 14-week contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and managing the onboarding process for new employees.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks in support of HR operations.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and manage documents and spreadsheets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with orientation sessions and other HR-related events.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
  • Collaborate with HR team members to ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data protection.
Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience with onboarding processes.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with employees in a front-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • HR experience is preferred but not required.
