This role promises a dynamic environment where your efforts as a Senior Customer Success Manager will facilitate our top customers' journey towards personalized, impactful digital interactions. Ideal candidates will bring a mix of strategic vision, industry-specialized guidance, and a passion for delivering measurable outcomes in a fast-paced setting. With a focus on the Adobe Digital Experience Cloud, your mission is to lead our customers through successful adoption and maximize their value realization. Key Responsibilities: Act as a central point of contact for customers, defining and driving success plans with measurable outcomes. Network within customer accounts to ensure successful strategy execution and roadmap alignment. Deliver exceptional customer service through proactive communication and orchestration of internal resources. Drive adoption of Adobe Experience Cloud products, providing insights and guiding customers through maturity curves. Champion customer-generated innovation and feedback within Adobe, promoting strategic use cases and improvements. Must-Have Skills: Proven customer success background in a tech industry, ideally SaaS or digital marketing. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict mediation skills. Experience with account planning and executive-level engagement and presentations. Industry Experience Required: Telecommunications industry experience highly preferred.
