Job Responsibilities:
  • Customize Salesforce Scheduler / Lightning scheduler to fit the business requirement.
  • Customize Salesforce mobile app to fit the business requirement.
  • Exploit all Salesforce capabilities when developing product features.
Skills and Experience Required:

Required:
  • Able to design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions, leveraging Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components to address specific business requirements.
  • Know how to develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components, adhering to best practices and delivering exceptional user experiences in Salesforce Lightning Experience.
  • Able to integrate Salesforce with various external systems and data sources using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and other integration methods to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Able to build and maintain Salesforce automation solutions using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Apex triggers.
  • Knowledge in designing scalable and efficient data models, adhering to best practices and ensuring data integrity and performance.
  • Able to utilize Salesforce DX tools and best practices for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) to enhance the development lifecycle. Should have experience in tools like Copado.
  • Ability to implement and maintain Salesforce security features, including role-based access control, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets, to ensure data security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Know how to optimize Salesforce performance through efficient coding, asynchronous processing, and query optimization techniques.
  • Able to create custom reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide valuable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Able to develop mobile-responsive and mobile-specific solutions using Salesforce Mobile SDK or other mobile app development tools.
  • Should have good exposure in Sales Cloud.

Desired: Exposure to Salesforce Scheduler / Lightning Scheduler in Care Delivery / Healthcare domain.
