Seeking to hire Optometrist in Santa Fe, NM for respected optometry practice. Rare opportunity with a WINNING TEAM.

We think we can beat any other offer. High guaranteed base salary up to $190k as well as lucrative bonus plan and full paid benefits (paid vacation time, paid health, malpractice, dues, license fees, paid holidays off, 401k and more). Relocation Bonus negotiable.

Family optometry practice accepting most insurance plans. OD will have excellent support, while maintaining clinical freedom and autonomy. Full-time or part-time applicants are welcome to apply. We prefer full-time candidates, but are willing to consider tailored schedules.

Job Expectations:
- Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to assess visual acuity and detect any ocular abnormalities
- Diagnose and treat various eye conditions and diseases
- Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids as needed
- Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries
- Educate patients on proper eye care practices and answer any questions or concerns
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in optometry practices and technologies

Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited US optometry school
- Valid state license to practice optometry (prefer if already licensed in NM)
