The Bank Branch Operations Specialist or Officer is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
- Providing personalized banking services to financial institution clients.
- Demonstrating strong knowledge of banking operations and providing leadership, training, and support to staff members.
- Possessing an extensive understanding of banking products and services while supporting the Branch Manager in promoting branch growth.
- Ensuring compliance with all bank policies and procedures, as well as applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of banking experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of operations experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of banking experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of supervisory experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of operations experience.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and banking programs.
- Notary Public certification preferred.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
