Position Overview

We invite compassionate and skilled Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to join our expanding team dedicated to delivering outstanding care. Utilizing cutting-edge ultrasound technology, you will perform diagnostic procedures, work alongside an encouraging team of professionals, and provide reassurance to patients through prompt and reliable imaging solutions.

Description of Responsibilities

• Execute diverse ultrasound examinations, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures while clearly explaining each step
• Engage collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to ensure top-quality diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment diligently, promptly addressing any issues
• Meticulously document procedures and maintain patient records within the electronic medical system
• Keep abreast of technological advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program preferred

Certifications Required

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred

• Strong proficiency in sonographic imaging techniques and patient positioning
