Description
We are looking for a Full Time Clinic Manager to oversee our Walnut Creek and Brentwood offices, travel required between locations.Step into a leadership role where you'll work closely with physicians, lead a collaborative team, and have the freedom to drive process improvements that truly make an impact. Job Duties Include:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow and resource allocation
- Providing management oversight and delegating responsibility to appropriate clinic leads and clinic staff
- Coordinating development for new hire training with Clinic Quality Specialists
- Conducting regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback as needed
- Monitoring performance of department staff including evaluation and development of key performance indicators
- Implementing and maintaining quality assurance programs to uphold the highest standards of patient care
- Collaborating with providers to implement best practices and quality improvement initiatives
- Managing clinic supplies and provider prescription pads
- Department projects as assigned by clinic leadership
- Maintaining detailed knowledge of practice management, EHR and other computer software as it relates to job function
- Responsible for staff time and attendance data in practice HRIS system
- Filling in for clinic staff and support Physician schedules fulfilling all Medical Assistant/Unit Secretary Duties as needed
- Additional duties as assigned

Experience:
- 2 years supervisory experience in a clinical/medical setting
- 2 years previous experience in medical office (preferred)
- Current CMA (Required)
- $75,000 to $95,000 per year, with higher compensation available for someone with advanced skills and/or experience
