Sales Territory Leader

(Must live in the Jacksonville area for local travel)
Compensation: Salary + Commission, Full Benefits, Vehicle Provided
A leading, well-established tree and landscape services company is seeking skilled Sales Arborists to join its team. The role involves consulting with residential and commercial clients, diagnosing tree-related issues, and providing professional recommendations. The Sales Arborist is responsible for generating sales opportunities, building client relationships, and meeting annual sales goals while representing the company's core values.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all sales activities within an assigned territory.
- Meet with residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree and shrub care needs.
- Educate clients and prepare proposals based on industry best practices.
- Develop and update annual plant health care programs.
- Support company image and mission by maintaining strong client relationships.
- Consistently achieve personal and company sales goals.
- Degree in Arboriculture or related field preferred.
- Minimum 4-5 years of arboriculture industry experience.
- ISA Certified Arborist (Master Arborist a plus).
- Strong knowledge of plant health, hazard tree evaluation, and integrated pest management.
- Relevant pesticide licenses and certifications.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and computer skills.
- Valid driver's license; ability to travel locally within assigned territory.
