Summit Care provides physical, occupational, and speech therapy services to patients and residents of nursing centers and assisted living facilities. We are excited to offer a rewarding opportunity with a $7,500 SIGN-ON BONUS to an enthusiastic Home Health Physical Therapist ready to join our team. A four-day workweek is available with this opportunity. As part of this vital role, you will administer top-notch physical therapy in alignment with established guidelines - conducting assessments, creating treatment plans from start to finish, overseeing therapy assistants' work, and engaging actively in case management.
To succeed in this position:
- You must possess a current Kansas Physical Therapy License.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation are essential.
- Problem-solving abilities are crucial.
- A valid driver's license is required alongside up-to-date auto insurance and First Aid/CPR certification due to the nature of home health responsibilities.
