About the Role

HVAC Senior estimators lead the commercial project estimating function. Senior estimators develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients. Leads and maintains company estimating software and database. Create and submit budgets and bids for all commercial projects. Mentor and lead junior estimators through their company development. Track and update project leads and coordinate with commercial project managers on upcoming work. Review and confirm estimated scope aligns with customer contracts prior to handing off to project managers.

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of Industry Specific Experience
  • Insurable by Company insurance carrier
  • Valid driver's license
  • Follow directions as given, written and verbal.
  • Create take-off and estimates using industry standard software and practices.
  • Initial review of customer contracts with final approval from VP or President of R&R.

$90,000 - $120,000 - (Bonus Program)
