Compensation
pay range:$31.90-$46.92/Hrs

Description
Minimum of 10 years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience in the Payments sector.
Background in Capital Markets and Financial Services.
Familiarity with all phases of the SDLC.
Ability to engage effectively with various business users and stakeholder groups.
Proficient in gathering business requirements and writing functional specification documents.
Skilled in data mapping, gap/comparative analysis, and report analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with onshore and offshore developers.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Independently manage multiple tasks as a self-starter.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Experience in Payments, Capital Markets, and Financial Services.
Proficient in all phases of the SDLC.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
