We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who knows their way around outpatient adult orthopedics, particularly hand therapy, and can bring both skill and heart to the table (or treatment table, to be specific).

This role is in Lakeland, FL, a hidden gem nestled between Tampa and Orlando, where the sunshine is generous, and the vibe is just right for therapists who want meaningful work without the big city burnout.

Who This Role Is For:

This isn't just about checking boxes, but if you've got the following, we're definitely interested:

  • You're a licensed Occupational Therapist (or license-eligible in Florida)
  • New grad? Cool. If you've got 3-6 months of outpatient adult ortho/hand therapy fieldwork, we'd love to chat.
  • Experienced OT? Even better. We're looking for 1-3 years of adult hand therapy experience.
  • Splinting/orthotic fabrication? Yes please-you should be comfortable and efficient with it.
  • CHT (Certified Hand Therapist) is preferred, but not a deal-breaker. If you're working toward it, we'll cheer you on.
