Clinical Therapist - Adult Mental Health (HRDI)

Friend Health is seeking a Clinical Therapist to provide compassionate and effective mental health services to adults in our outpatient mental health program. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting clients on their path to optimal mental health and emotional well-being.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Therapist, you will:
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct mental health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and case management services.
  • Meet a weekly productivity goal of 26 billable hours.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Support clients with co-occurring disorders, guiding them toward stability and recovery.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in human services or mental health counseling.
  • Knowledge of Rule 132 and Community Mental Health regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent clinical documentation skills.
