About the Opportunity
We're partnering with a fast-growing, privately held, large organization with a small, agile corporate team. What You'll Do

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.

Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Support inventory and cost accounting processes.

Collaborate with senior leadership on financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
-
Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures.
-
Work extensively in Excel and small ERP systems.
-
Participate in special projects and efficiency improvements.
What We're Looking For
-
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification.
-
3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or large regional firm) OR 5+ years in corporate accounting with strong GAAP knowledge.
-
Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience a plus.
-
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Proactive, improvement-focused mindset.
