As an Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role in supporting the deployment, integration, and optimization of Tennant’s Autonomous Mobile Robotics (AMR) and Connected Services solutions. You’ll work directly with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and performance of our advanced technologies across global markets.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that blends technical expertise with solution-oriented thinking to drive adoption and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for AMR and Connected Services deployments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Collaborate with Sales and Product Management to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.

Conduct on-site and remote training sessions for customers and internal teams on AMR operation and Connected Services tools.

Assist in the development of technical documentation, training materials, and support resources.

Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities and inform product enhancements.

Support global expansion initiatives by enabling successful deployments in new markets.

Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve integration between hardware, software, and cloud services.

Represent the technical voice of the customer in internal meetings and product development discussions.
Required Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP and cloud platforms is a plus.
Required Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
-
3–5 years of experience in application engineering, technical support, or field engineering.
-
Experience working with autonomous systems, industrial equipment, or IoT platforms.
-
Familiarity with direct and distributor sales models; experience in cleaning or mobile equipment industries preferred.

Demonstrated ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
-
Willingness to travel up to 15%; must be able to work at both Eden Prairie and Golden Valley locations as needed.
Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $103,000 - $159,500
Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Tennant Co. reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualifications of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity. Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits
