Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and propose improvement strategies

  • Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and key company projects

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and target audience insights

  • Maintain brand consistency and manage marketing materials

Qualifications:
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Experience with social media platforms, digital advertising, and content management

  • Basic proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)

  • Creative thinking with strong attention to detail

  • Internship or professional experience in marketing or digital media is a plus

  • Must have fluency in Korean/English
