Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shifts: 7 AM–3 PM | 3 PM–11 PM

Status: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in alignment with resident care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately

  • Observe residents and report changes promptly

  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation

  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, physicians, and families

  • Promote resident dignity, comfort, and safety

Qualifications

  • Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania

  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, not required

  • Compassionate, reliable, and committed to teamwork
