This role is pivotal in ensuring that our homes are perfectly staged and welcoming for the arrival of guests, focusing on the outdoor areas to create an inviting atmosphere.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Luxury Home Outdoor Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the exteriors of our high-end properties are meticulously prepared and maintained, providing an exceptional first impression and environment for our guests. This part-time role primarily requires work on Saturdays, with the potential for additional hours throughout the week. Responsibilities include staging and cleaning outdoor living spaces, maintaining cleanliness of recreational and beach equipment, and ensuring all areas are free from debris using provided maintenance tools like leaf blowers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, experience in outdoor maintenance, and the ability to work independently. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle access are essential for travel between properties. This position offers competitive pay and the use of company-provided equipment to perform duties effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and stage the outdoor areas of luxury homes to ensure an impeccable guest experience.
  • Conduct thorough cleaning of all outdoor spaces, including patios, decks, pool areas, and garden paths.
  • Maintain outdoor furniture and décor to ensure they are free of sand, debris, and are well arranged.
  • Operate a leaf blower to clear sand and other natural debris from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor surfaces.
  • Clean and prepare outdoor cooking facilities, such as grills, ensuring they are ready for use.
  • Manage and maintain beach-related equipment, ensuring all items are clean, organized, and ready for guest use.
  • Perform routine inspection and minor repairs of outdoor equipment and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Proven experience in outdoor maintenance, landscaping, or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to work outdoors.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $20.00
