Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Agile teams to design, develop, test, and support comprehensive technical solutions using full-stack development technologies.

  • Stay ahead of tech trends and immerse yourself in learning about new technologies. Engage with internal and external tech communities and mentor fellow engineers.

  • Team up with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that enhance experiences for millions of Americans seeking financial empowerment.

  • Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, alongside Open Source RDBMS and NoSQL databases, and embrace Container Orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes, as well as a variety of AWS services.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering (Internship experience does not apply)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with JavaScript, Java, TypeScript, SQL, Python, or Go.

  • 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or similar cloud platforms.

  • 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.

  • 2+ years of experience working within Agile development practices.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000 for Senior Software Engineer

Salary offerings may vary by location, and the actual salary will be stated in the candidate's offer letter.

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
