Stiltsville Fish Bar is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Food Runner to join our team at our upscale Key West-inspired restaurantThe ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive their food orders promptly, accurately, and with a smile.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensure that each dish is presented according to the restaurant's standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
  • Maintain knowledge of the menu and restaurant offerings to effectively communicate with guests
  • Answer guest questions and provide recommendations as needed
  • Monitor the dining room to ensure all guests are satisfied and their needs are being met
  • Clear and reset tables as needed
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar food runner or server assistant role, preferably in an upscale restaurant environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings

Compensation: $10.98 per hour
