As our Performance Columbus Family of Dealerships continues to grow, so does our desire to help individuals gain skill sets in the automotive service industry. Through our HIRE 60 Program, you will gain the knowledge and skills required to earn a career in the Automotive Service Industry. With a minimum commitment of 90 days, students will be paid through HIRE 60 Program while receiving expertise training, automotive tools to complete the job, and a chance at a full-time employment opportunity, including our elite health care/benefits package.

Requirements

As a HIRE 60 Maintenance Technician, you will:
  • Maintain an organized and safe service bay
  • Shadow our experienced Maintenance Technician
  • Work well and respectively with others
  • An ability to communicate as needed repairs to your mentor
  • Honest and trustworthy
  • A high level of motivation and energy and strong customer service skills are also required
Skills, Experience and Educational Qualifications:
  • Maintain an energetic, positive attitude and work well with others
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to multiple locations
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Possess a strong desire for continuing education in the area of responsibility
