Great meals make a big difference in the lives of our residents We are looking for a Dietary Aide to join our dietary team and help create a safe, welcoming, and nutritious dining experience every day.
What You'll Do:
- Assist in meal preparation, portioning, and service to residents
- Ensure dining areas and kitchen spaces are clean, safe, and well-organized
- Follow menus and dietary guidelines to meet residents' nutritional needs
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment as needed
- Support cooks and dietary managers with daily kitchen operations
- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, staff, and visitors
- Previous experience in food service preferred (healthcare setting a plus, but not required)
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Strong focus on cleanliness, safety, and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
