Family Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant - Buffalo Center, IA / Fairmont, MN.
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time.
Shifts: Days (24 - 40hrs /week).
Healthcare Setting: Medical Center.
Summary:
The Facility is located in Buffalo Center, IA / Fairmont, MN. The facility is looking for candidates who can
- Conducts thorough medical histories, performs complete physical examinations (where indicated), initiates appropriate lab, radiology tests, or other specialized tests required for evaluation of illness, and scrutinizes lab data on new and former clinic patients to establish a record of the patient's current health status and to develop a working diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Provide primary care services on the days and at times established and scheduled by the Center for Specialty Care.
- Must be able to work with collaborating physicians when applicable.
Qualification:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus OR a Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in family medicine, primary care, or a similar clinical setting.
- Current licensure as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in IA / MN.
- Board certification as an FNP by the ANCC or AANP, or as a PA-C by the NCCPA.
