The Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Performance Analyst to join our corporate team and provide critical insights that drive operational excellence, compliance, and culture across our communities. This role partners directly with the CEO and senior leadership, offering a unique opportunity to turn data into meaningful strategies that improve performance and quality of life for residents and staff alike.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with executive leadership to review and interpret organizational and financial data in real time.
  • Monitor company-wide KPIs, identify risks and trends, and recommend improvement strategies.
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate community compliance, workflows, and culture, providing real-time feedback to leaders.
  • Support policy and procedure reviews to ensure efficiency, compliance, and best practice alignment.
  • Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform executive decision-making.
  • Contribute to projects that strengthen resident-centered care, staff engagement, and organizational culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (Master's a plus).
  • 2-4 years of experience in business analysis, operations, compliance, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into action.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills; comfortable working with executive leaders.
  • Experience in senior living, healthcare, or multi-site operations a plus.
  • Ability to travel regularly for community site visits.
