Requirements
- Salary between $74,880k to $79,040k depending on experience. Overtime opportunities when available.
- Paid Holidays, PTO accruals at 30 days. and overtime opportunities when available.
- Have minimum 3 years’ experience as an Industrial Mechanical Foreman and a strong understanding of Industrial Mechanical Systems.
- Be able to layout and run crews on various tasks of the project.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to mentor Journeymen, and Apprentices
- Be able to read schematics and blueprints and assist with planning of work, and material ordering.
- Ability to work on tools when needed.
- Have working knowledge of Procore
