Superior Skilled Trades is partnering with a well-established contractor to bring on an experienced and customer-focused Heating and Cooling Service Technician. This role is ideal for a professional who delivers 5-star service, maintains a clean and organized company vehicle, and values ongoing training and career growth.Key Responsibilities
- Represent the company with professionalism and courtesy
- Communicate daily with customers, offering fast and effective HVAC solutions
- Coordinate with dispatch, management, parts, and install teams
- Use a company-issued iPad for estimates, GPS, invoicing, and payment collection
- Maintain a clean, stocked service truck
- Complete all service documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in an on-call rotation
- Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Must be able to use gauges, meters, and diagnostic tools confidently
- Must have personal hand tools needed for service work
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (support available)
- Strong professional presence and respectful customer communication
💰 Competitive pay between $35.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits
