Job Responsibilities
  • Customize Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs to craft individualized therapy strategies designed to help achieve their functional objectives.
  • Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based methodologies to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
  • Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner with other OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
  • Educate Patients and Caregivers: Guide patients and families on therapy approaches to encourage ongoing progress in everyday life.
  • Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient results.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Continued education and post-graduate certifications supported and encouraged.
Licensure & Certification
  • Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
  • NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
