Job Description:
Role: Sr. Analyst (Digital Products) / Product Analytics

Location: Memphis, TN (Preferred) | Remote
Duration: Long-term contract
Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst contractor to join our Digital Product Analytics team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical and visualization skills, with mandatory expertise in data storytelling, Visualization, Adobe Analytics, and clickstream analysis.

Requirements

  • Experience with clickstream analysis.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in digital product analytics within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Essential Job Functions
  • Build end-to-end measurement frameworks to analyze user journeys, touchpoints, and channel attribution.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations to track key metrics and trends.
  • Perform cohort analysis to understand user behavior and retention.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.

Analytics and Visualization
  • Proficiency in creating and interpreting complex data visualizations.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and insights, and build audience segmentation.
  • Experience with cohort analysis to track user behavior over time.

Technical Skills
  • Expertise in Adobe Analytics, including implementation, reporting, and analysis.
