Job Description:

Pay Range: $60.55hr - $63.55hr
  • The Strategy and Execution - Wealth and Distribution Technology team is team of seasoned professional within the broader Wealth and Distribution Technology organization focusing on alignment to business strategy, and end-to-end execution of project and programs
Key Responsibilities:
  • Program / Project Management for ongoing projects with focus on technology and data project.
  • Building out business acumen and leading others while delivering results / business value.
Skills:
  • The Minimum Qualifications.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 8+ years of technical / software development / data Project Management experience successfully delivering across a variety of applications.
  • Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects and can work independently on multiple project tasks.
  • This includes leading project execution across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Proficient in a variety of project management methodologies - waterfall, agile, and hybrid.
  • Works very closely with both business and technical stakeholders and seeks opportunities to improve the way we partner and operate.

  • Negotiate and influence to ensure alignment with strategy (both business and technology).

The Ideal Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or an analytical field such as Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science.
  • Seasoned individual capable of handling broad scope projects that have short to long-term focus.
  • ssist with and implement agile practices that promote collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience with BI tools / reporting.
  • Data analysis experience preferred.
  • Database/SQL experience/SQL expertise preferred.
  • Knowledge of ETL and Data warehouse concepts and processes preferred.
Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
