Job Description:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and quick-thinking Product Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with 3 to 5 years of experience, with a background in supply chain risk management or supply chain platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of data management, particularly from a relationships perspective, and has worked in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead product initiatives with a strong focus on data management and supply chain workflows.
- Drive projects to completion while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences and optimize enterprise workflows.
- Work with data to understand its relationships and implications, even without deep technical software experience.
- Engage with global customers, translating business needs into clear, user-friendly solutions.
- Contribute to task and workflow management tools like Jira to streamline operations.
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience, ideally with exposure to supply chain platforms such as Windchill.
- Proven experience working in Agile environments.
- Experience with data management and understanding data relationships.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with design and UI/UX workflows is a strong plus.
- Startup experience or mid-sized company experience is a bonus.
- Familiarity with software design and development, capable of contributing to UI and user flows.
- Experience with task management or workflow tools at an enterprise level.
- A background in both product design and management is a strong asset.
