Position Overview

• Work closely with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver premium quality diagnostic images
• Handle and upkeep imaging instruments, promptly reporting any technical issues
• Thoroughly document procedures and maintain patient records in the electronic medical system
• Remain informed about innovations in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a comparable field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Valid certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
