Job Title: Territory Sales Representative

Location: Houston, TX

We are partnering with an innovative diagnostics organization specializing in non-invasive laboratory testing solutions that improve early disease detection and clinical decision-making. The company's flagship product supports healthcare providers in identifying and managing one of the most prevalent and underdiagnosed conditions in the U.S.

Position Summary

The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding adoption of diagnostic testing solutions within an assigned territory. This role requires building relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and identify new business opportunities in assigned territory.
  • Present and promote diagnostic testing solutions to physicians, clinics, and healthcare groups.
  • Develop territory sales plans and execute strategies to drive adoption and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide consultative sales support, ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.
  • Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback.
  • Prepare sales reports, territory analyses, and forecasts for management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Life Sciences, Business, or related field).
  • 1-3+ years of proven success in medical, laboratory, or diagnostic sales.
  • Experience with companies such as MDL, Infinite Genomics, Advanced Pathology Solutions, Healthtrack, or Vikor Scientific is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and ability to work directly with physicians.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a large territory independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
