As a Customer Service Loan Specialist, you will work with customers to explain our offerings, as well as conduct outreach to customers who are overdue on loan payments, working with them to identify solutions. The Customer Service Loan Specialist supports the Branch Manager in creating a positive, supportive, and well-run office in the communities we serve. As a customer service Loan Specialist, you will be provided in-depth training to understand our products and how we are able to help our customers.
